Altenew Parchment Flowers

Hi Bloggers

Here is todays card
I have combined the Altenew Stamp Beautiful Day with parchment.

I stamped the outline image and heat embossed it with CE detailed white embossing powder. I then embossed the flowers and coloured them with a combination of peach/orange inks. Once dry I fussy cut each flower.
The back ground is from two of SW embossing folders which is mounted on to a piece of white card that I put Graceful Peach gilding wax on from Phil Martin.

The stamped sentiment is from the Altenew set.
I finished it off with a black ribbon bow from my stash.

  10. Beautiful card, these flowers are gorgeous, stamped and embossed in white and so softly coloured. I found this via Pinterest.

  11. This is one of the loveliest cards I have seen.

  12. Forgive me, but I am confused. You said you stamped the outline image then heat embossed it - I am assuming you meant the flowers? I can understand that, but then you said you embossed the flowers and then colored them with ink. What does this mean? This is really lovely and I would love to CASE!

  13. Hi Sarah
    Sorry your confused.
I said the outline stamp as this tamp set has multi stamps to create the flower. But I only wanted to use the outline stamp. As I stamped on to parchment I then used my ball tool to emboss the vellum to turn the parchment white, which creates the shading on the flowers. I hope this helps xx

    1. Thanks for that clarification, Maria. I too was confused. Your card is absolutely GORGEOUS, and I too, would like to CASE.

  14. Wonderful card! Your flowers are unbelievably beautiful.
