Bauble Wishes

Hi all

Another week has whizzed by.
As I won some digi images from Polkadoodles I thought I should have a play with them and this is my first card, from the Twiggy and Toots collection.

I coloured the image with my promarkers and added a wink of stella to the hat and some of the bauble.
I'm not the greatest colourist in the world but I quite liked the way it turned out.
I used CE Star Swirls embossing folder for the background and highlighted the embossed areas with CS Pearl Luster gilding polish.
I cut an  aperture out of red card using one of SW noble dies from the Classic Adorned set.
The green card is from my crafty stash, along with the ribbon and my handmade dazzler.

thanks for popping by

Pink Lily

Hello Everyone

Another week has gone by. Where does the time go too.
At least the weather is slowly improving.
I was pleasantly surprised when found out I made the top three at Crafting with Dragonflies for a birthday card I made a couple of weeks ago you can see my creation here

For todays card I have used a stamp that I just adore. I purchased it a few years ago at a craft show, I don't know the make of it, but lilies are one of my favourite flowers.

As spring has started I thought I would use pink for this card.
I stamped the Lily with Black Archival and heat embossed with clear powder.
I then used  my watercolour pencils to colour it in. I added a Wink of Stella in the clear in the centre of the flower to add touch of glitter. I am not sure if you can see it in the pictures.

I cut the image with Sue Wilson's Classic Adorned die from her Noble range and then used the Ornate Pierce die cut in pink card.

I finished the card with a ribbon and a flower made from the open Camellia flower from Sue Wilson and added a small clear dazzler which I coloured with a hint of pink with my promarkers.
I have entered this card in the following challenges:
