Gilded Birthday

Hi bloggers

This card was inspired by Julia Watts from one of her Justrite shows.
It made me get my gilding flakes out as I don't use them that often.
I used  the Justrite Filigree Leaves stamp with Indigo Blue gilding flakes I believe they are called Morris Dance, although I do not have the original pot anymore so not 100% sure.
Using a combination of black and gold card from Limetree Crafts die cut with SW double pierced square dies.
The Happy Birthday die was a great find at The Range from Dovecraft.

A perfect card for the start of autumn.
I will definitely be using my gilding flakes more often.

Thanks for stopping by.

I have entered this card in the following challenges:
Stamping Sensations - ~October Autumn
Glitter n sparkle ~challenge #208 -~fall/autumn
Penny black ~Oct challenge ~Autumn

    Sorry I'm behind again.
This is fabulously opulent and your stamping/gilding is so neat. I love Lime Tree card and always stock up at craft shows.
