Butterfly Wedding

Hi Bloggers

I was asked to create a card for a friend's wedding.
I really liked the way it turned out.

I used Sue Wilson butterflies in flight cut 4 times for the background out of soft pearl card. This was matted on to milk card.
For the focal element I used the heart die set from Paper Artist,  I just love this die set, I inked the sentiment while still in the die with Tim Holtz Antique Linen distress ink.
The card was completed with Sue's Camellia flowers,  and a cream bow topped off with my handmade dazzler.

Altenew Parchment Flowers

Hi Bloggers

Here is todays card
I have combined the Altenew Stamp Beautiful Day with parchment.

I stamped the outline image and heat embossed it with CE detailed white embossing powder. I then embossed the flowers and coloured them with a combination of peach/orange inks. Once dry I fussy cut each flower.
The back ground is from two of SW embossing folders which is mounted on to a piece of white card that I put Graceful Peach gilding wax on from Phil Martin.

The stamped sentiment is from the Altenew set.
I finished it off with a black ribbon bow from my stash.

Father's Day

Hi Everyone

As Father's Day is just around the corner I thought I would share this card with you.

It was quick and easy to do.
I stamped the mini from Stamps Away on to a piece of milk coloured card with black Archival and embossed it, and cut it out with a Spellbinders rectangle die.
I matted it on to some card from my stash and added the sentiment which I stamped on some scrap paper I had.

Glittered flowers

Hi fellow crafters.

A slightly more bolder card for me in the colour ways.
I have had a paper pad that I just love (one of those you just cannot bear to use) but the time has come that I have to start using some of these as I have so many LOL. It has some lovely colours and the flowers are glittered. I used orange, peach and brown card to complement the colours in the background

I have combined it with Sue Wilson complete camellia die and Laurel leaves and  Phil Martin's stamp from his blossom square which I then framed with a piece of brown card with a circle aperture.
The sentiment is from my stash.

I hope you like todays offering.
I am just recovering from an operation on my leg so I am catching up on all the crafty shows I have recorded.
