Hi bloggers
For this card I added TH peeled paint and tumbled glass to my acrylic block then spritzed the block with water. I then 'stamped' this ink on to my card.
Once dry I used my tree stamp from Glitz craft and then I used the stencil from the set and added touches of brown on the leaves and trunk of the tree. I used SW double pierced squares to cut it out. Then the mats and layers where in brown and white card which I coloured with Tumbled Glass ink.
Ang, Thanks for asking about Rufus my cat, he is still on bed rest poor love, but he has improved dramatically and put on weight lol.
Here is a pic of him..
My MIL is still quite poorly and remains in hospital, they think her infection may be in the veins leading to her heart, and she is still having daily tests.
Have a great week everyone - hopefully the good weather will stay around for a while.

Mother's Day is nearly here !
Hi all
Here is today's card
I created a background using TH distress inks Spun Sugar and Victorian Velvet on water colour card and spritz it with water to mix the colours. I stamped the CE Dandelion Meadow in black archival and added clear embossing powder and heat set it. I added SP cinch and go flowers and inked through the die with spun sugar. I added the Poppystamps butterfly sprinkles as accents and completed the card with CE pva dots in pearl and vintage pink.
My mother in law is in hospital at the moment she is not well and is having lots of tests she has a bacterial infection but they are not sure what is the cause of it. I hope this card will cheer her up on Mother's day.
Thank you for stopping by

Altenew- Best Wishes
Hi All
I hope you all had a great weekend my husband mowed the lawn on Saturday. It was a good job he did as it rained all day yesterday and then we are back to sunny skies today, what a mixture of weather we do have here in the UK.
We had to take one of our cats to the vet as he came home limping. Were not sure what he has done the vet said it was his elbow area, it is all swollen. Anyway he is on painkillers and bed rest -if there is such a term for a cat.
Anyway on to today's card which is just clean and simple.
I stamped and embossed the sentiment and then teamed this up with the Peony stamp from Altenew - A beautiful day, using Tim Holtz distress inks in various shades of pink.
The rest of the card is just matting a layering using SW double pierced dies and is completed with pearls in each corner.
Thanks for taking the time to stop by.
