Hi all
I hope you all had a wonderful Easter, shame about the weather, I know the winds caused a lot of damage in some areas.
I have a couple of more days off work so hoping to do some crafting.
I am typing this before I head out to meet a friend for lunch.
I recently bought this stamp set from Altenew called a Beautiful day.
I absolutely love it.
I have simply embossed the outline flower die in CS white embossing powder and then coloured the flower with my watercolour pencils. I did the same for the leaves and the co-ordinating blossom stamp
I fussy cut the flower and leaves and arranged them using foam pads.
I stamped the sentiment from the set in the same white embossing powder on to my purple card from my stash.
I cut this out with Sue Wilson double pierced squares suing both A and B sets.
Enjoy your week.

I used some pattern paper from my stash- its a sort of terracotta colour. I used the classic adorned squares from Sue Wilson's noble collection in the centre. Then cut 4 of the Phoenix dies out of white card and backed them with glitter card.
Have a great week.

Pink Lily
Hello Everyone
Another week has gone by. Where does the time go too.
At least the weather is slowly improving.
I was pleasantly surprised when found out I made the top three at Crafting with Dragonflies for a birthday card I made a couple of weeks ago you can see my creation here
For todays card I have used a stamp that I just adore. I purchased it a few years ago at a craft show, I don't know the make of it, but lilies are one of my favourite flowers.
As spring has started I thought I would use pink for this card.
I stamped the Lily with Black Archival and heat embossed with clear powder.
I then used my watercolour pencils to colour it in. I added a Wink of Stella in the clear in the centre of the flower to add touch of glitter. I am not sure if you can see it in the pictures.
I cut the image with Sue Wilson's Classic Adorned die from her Noble range and then used the Ornate Pierce die cut in pink card.
I finished the card with a ribbon and a flower made from the open Camellia flower from Sue Wilson and added a small clear dazzler which I coloured with a hint of pink with my promarkers.

Teal Dress
Hi all
I hope you have all had a good weekend. Its been really cold here and we have had all the season's over the past two days.
I hope all the Mothers out there enjoyed a fantastic day yesterday and you were all thoroughly spoilt.
I had a lovely time with my two daughters and their partners,
Here is today's card.
I stamped the Fantail dress from Creative expressions and coloured it with watercolour pencils. (My new favourite colouring medium)
I used Sue Wilson Ornate Pierced Noble dies to create the frame from teal card.
I cut the Gemini Phoenix die from Sue Wilson to cut into the white card without actually cutting it out of the card and mounted this on to teal card.
I finished the card off by using pearls in the corners and in the centre of the flower.
Thank you for popping by and if you leave a comment thank you.
