Hi all
I hope you all had a wonderful Easter, shame about the weather, I know the winds caused a lot of damage in some areas.
I have a couple of more days off work so hoping to do some crafting.
I am typing this before I head out to meet a friend for lunch.
I recently bought this stamp set from Altenew called a Beautiful day.
I absolutely love it.
I have simply embossed the outline flower die in CS white embossing powder and then coloured the flower with my watercolour pencils. I did the same for the leaves and the co-ordinating blossom stamp
I fussy cut the flower and leaves and arranged them using foam pads.
I stamped the sentiment from the set in the same white embossing powder on to my purple card from my stash.
I cut this out with Sue Wilson double pierced squares suing both A and B sets.
Enjoy your week.
I have entered this card in the following challenges:

Hi Maria
ReplyDeleteOh, now lovely. The contrast between the pastel "topper" and the bold, deep background is a delight.
Apologies for my delayed visit.

Love the flower you have created using the stamps. These are ones I have on my wish list to buy at some point (when I win the lottery Lol). Looks perfect against the dark background. Thankyou for sharing with us at Crafting From The Heart. Hugs ValeryAnne D.T.
