On Your Wedding Day

Hi all

This is a card I made for a wedding we attended in June.

  We all had fantastic time.
It was my friends daughter's wedding  and I lived and breathed the planning of this wedding for the past two years, but it was well worth it.

I used SW double pierced dies (both sets) and created a frame from milk and white card, which I place over Spellbinders  fancy lattice die. I then added CS pearl PV to each junction of the lattice.
I created a frame for my sentiment from SW noble collection and the flowers are stamped from Heartfelt creation sun kissed fleur collection and embossed on to white vellum.
I added a ribbon a pearl to complete the card.

Thanks for stopping by.

Spirelli mask

Hi bloggers

I started this card with the background I used light blue foundations card and used the Stamps Away Spirelli mask and spread CE Polar White texture paste through it. Once dry I mounted a piece of white card over the top out of which I had cut SW Noble die- Ornate Pierced Design I mounted this on to light blue card.
The stamp I used is CE Regal Blossom inner frame which co-ordinates with the Heraldic die and the sentiment is from John Lockwood's Daisy set. I heat embossed with CS silver detail embossing powder.

The flowers are die cut from Heartfelt Creations and  I inked through  the die and then I added glue and sprinkled CS  Glacier ice and and finished with a handmade bow.
This was all mounted onto white card which is embossed with CE quilted flower folder.

Thanks for popping by.

Bright Star Adornment

Hi Bloggers
Another Christmas card for today.

I was lucky to win one of Sue Wilson's dies from her latest festive release - Bright Star Adornment.
This is the first card I made from the die.

I used only the inner die to cut into my pearl card four times to give a pretty detail frame. I then used Lilac cardstock with a self adhesive sheet on it then place the pearl card over the top and sprinkled iced snow over it.
I used a combination of SW double pierced squares along with the Heraldic inner die as a the background for my sentiment.

The poinsettias are created from heartfelt creations stamp and die set. I stamped the flowers in versamark and added pearl moon mica powder over  the top, to give a soft pearl shimmer. I finished these with  pearls in the centre.

A white handmade bow completes the card.

Celebrate the Season

Hi Bloggers
A Christmas card in July.

I had a mad moment and thought I would make a Christmas card or two over the weekend, as there has been so many shows and die releases over the last week or so.
Here is one of them using foundations sky blue and coconut white card.

For the background I stamped some snowflake stamps from my stash with light blue ink and embossed with holographic WOW embossing powder. This was then embossed with CE Frosty Swirls folder.
I used Sue Wilson festive collection dies from last year. This is the Lattice Snowflake.
I used double sided adhesive  behind the die and sprinkled CS glacier Ice over it to give it an icy feel. ( I hope you can see the sparkle in the pics)
I added CE pastel blue pva around the frame of the die and added a bow with a snowflake and finished off with  a pearl.
