I created the background first by inking up my acrylic block with TH distress inks weathered wood, tumbled glass and salty ocean then I spritz it with water and swept the block over a piece of water colour card.
Once dry I decided to stamp an old Kanban image.I used my SP circle dies to create an aperture in some dark blue card and then created a frame for it in white.
Then I just added a lighter blue strip across the bottom for my sentiment to sit on.
I had lunch with a great friend on Thursday it was lovely to catch up with her.
It will soon be bank holiday I am looking forward to the break, I hope the weather improves..
