Modern Kriss Kross Blanket

Hi all

I hope you are all keeping well and safe. It has been a while since I posted anything.... No reason why, I suppose it is just the way life is at the moment... I  have not been cardmaking recently as my craft room has now become my my office too. To be honest once I have finished work I really  don't feel like spending my spare time in there too.  But I know I will soon have to start again soon  as I there are some special cards I need to make and the 'C' word will be here before we know it ...

However, I have really enjoyed my crocheting journey over the couple of  years.  I can sit in the evenings  and crochet while I  watch TV. It relaxes me and keeps me occupied.  I have created quite a few different pieces for people, from blankets to hats. It is so heart warming when something you have lovingly created goes off to a new home.

My latest creation I am particularly proud of, so I wanted to share it . I have just fallen in love with this pattern.  As far as I am aware there is no  pattern on the  www. for this design.. If there is one out there I have not seen it, but if anyone finds one then please let me know.

My inspiration came from Attic 24 (Lucy) and is a combination of her  Cosy Stripe Blanket  and the recent Meadow Blanket. I adore all her blankets and colour choices. I have been wanting to use the Criss Cross stitch for quite  a while, but I just couldn't find a pattern that I was right for me.  Hence my blanket was born .

A combination of the Criss Cross and treble stitch.

I just love the colours I used  too.  Paint box Aran yarn in the colours Paper White, Pistachio Green and Blush Pink

I hope you like the pattern as much as I do.

take care xx

  2. I want to share my testimony with you all here on how to get finance from Mr Pedro who offers loans to individual and corporate at the rate of 2% in return. I stumbled upon his contact details online then I decided to give it a try. Then all my effort was not in vain because Mr Pedro granted me a loan of 820,000.00 USD to expand my business in which many banks have declined my request, but Mr Pedro approved my loans. I'm so grateful for what he and his loan company did for me and hopefully I will be paying yearly payment which is really good for me as a startup business owner. I will recommend his contact details Email address and WhatsApp number via (pedroloanss@gmail.com +393510140339)
